Composition of Air aims to question the obvious, to celebrate the diversity of elements and the delicate balance in the air that we breathe. The collection of glass vases investigate the industrial colour coding of the ten most common gases that typically compose Air.
The colour and shapes of the vases were derived from the designer’s intrigue of the canisters containing each element. A celebration of shape and colour, the Composition of Air symbolises the transformation of air
into being.
